Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During drop launches, processing may take slightly longer. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote areas may take additional time.

US orders: duties and import fees

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates, are the customer’s responsibility, and are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Contact us right away if you notice an error.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, email us at hello@allthingsrun.com and we’ll help.
